Background

Beautiful Southwest Florida became my home in 2002 after leaving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. I have a financial management background with the Federal Government. Retiring after 34 years, I began my second career as a Realtor in Annapolis, Maryland, before relocating to Matlacha, Florida.

Community Service

Being involved in the community, fundraising and volunteer work have been an important part of my life and I'm continuing those efforts in the local area. While working for the Federal Government I feel my peak experience came as a volunteer Loaned Executive at the Pentagon for the 2001 Combined Federal Campaign. We raised more than $50M in pledges for over 3,000 non-profits including those for victims of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

In this challenging market, my care and concern for the needs of others has transcended to my real estate service. By listening carefully and truly understanding the needs of my clients, I am committed to being "the trusted advisor"  for both the buyer and seller.
