Susan is the Broker/Owner at Gulf Access Realty Inc. She is also an Attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Susan earned the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert Designation.

Consistantly a Top Producer in the SW Florida area, and has been chosen every year since 2010 as a 5 Star Customer Service Provider by Gulf Shore Magazine.

Her passion for the creativity of remodeling and new construction is of great assistance to her customers, before and after the sale.

Susan uses her love of boating, kayaking, and nature to help show her customers discover all the best areas to enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer.

Susan is active in the local Pine Island and Cape Coral Community. Susan moved to Florida from the New England area with her 3 children. They have now all gone on to college. This is without a doubt her greatest accomplshment.

Susan has tremendous experience in Short Sale negotiation and closes on the transactions that she personally negotiates. "I have a passion to help my customers meet or exceed their goals. People need a plan to move forward with their lives, and I love to be there to help them along the way." She works with all lenders, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and has even pulled transactions out of foreclosure to get them closed.
